If you would like to register to our programs by mailing us a cheque. Please follow the instruction below.


How to use our mail-in registration:
  1. Print out the below form and fill it completely
    - We'll need your information to register your program.

  2. Prepare payment in money order or cheque
    - We gladly accept payment in US or Canada Currency. You can purchase a money order in all major banking institutes.
    - We also accept personal cheques
    - Please make payment payable to "ACT360 Media Ltd"

  3. Mail us the payment and the printed registration form.
